Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order. Due to this custom production process, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@cotidianoclub.com with the order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review this as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement for you.

Please note: Any claims for quality or shipping errors must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. 

Our made-to-order approach means each product is produced only when needed — helping us reduce waste, packaging, and overall carbon impact.
